Lie to Congress...Get a Promotion!
John Bolton is now Dubya's Ambassador to the United Nations. This is true to form for the Bush Regime. Bolton is an abusive, abrasive pig and has lied to Congress, blatantly or, at least by omission so, naturally, in BushWorld, that means PROMOTION!
This is Dubya's way of giving the Senate and the UN a good California Howdy at the same time.
